La Maga de Cicin Fatui (Chinese: 愚人 众 · 萤 术士) are elite Enemies of Fatui that can summon Cicines. Currently, there are two elements: Magazine Cicin Electro (chino: Thunderstorm Warlock) y Maga de Cicin Cryo(chino: Firefly Warlock).

Similarly to the Fatui Collectors, the Magas de Cicin they are always seen wandering alone.
